Swann Olives was established when olive trees were planted by the Swann whānau over two decades ago at Rangitukia near the East Cape. Care of the grove is guided by Māori values that prioritise sustainability and organic practices.

The Swann logo on the bottle is a whakairo-inspired piece of contemporary Māori design that tells the story of the brand, right down to the charming olives and olive branch that forms the head-dress or huruhuru, that would typically be feathers in Māori iconography.
