Our Shipping & Returns Policy
At Olivver.co.nz we strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, including fast, reliable and efficient shipping services for your premium extra virgin olive oil order. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the shipment of your orders.
NOTE: We ship Monday to Thursday, so product is not lingering in the system over the weekend.*
1. Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We find 95% of orders arrive with our customers the day after shipping, although obviously this is subject to the efficiency of our courier service provider, New Zealand Post.
We ship generally Monday to Thursday (e.g. orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday are typically despatched on the following Monday.)
*In the event of a public holiday falling on a Friday or a Monday we may alter this schedule. For example, if there is a public holiday on a Monday we may ship Friday and add Saturday delivery, so your order is with you as swiftly as possible.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated promptly.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs:
Our standard delivery is an NZ Post expedited courier service. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Destinations:
We currently only ship to New Zealand. However, orders for delivery to a New Zealand address, for example gifts, can be placed from anywhere in the world.
4. Local delivery:
We offer FREE SHIPPING to areas near our base in Devonport on Auckland's beach-blessed North Shore. If your address is in the 0624, 0622 or 0620 postcodes delivery is free - and fast.
5. Free shipping for larger orders:
We also offer FREE SHIPPING to orders over a certain value. Currently this is: Free North Island shipping over $150 & Free South Island shipping over $220.
6. Estimated Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control.
7. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the provided tracking details to check the status of your shipment. Please allow time for your tracking number to become active in the NZ Post system.
8. Shipping Delays:
Olivver.co.nz is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as natural disasters or courier service disruptions.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
10. Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
11. Returns for other reasons:
If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will work out a solution. Obviously we can only receive unopened extra virgin olive oil products back. In the extremely unlikely event of a product being defective we can arrange a store credit or exchange.
