From the producers:

"Oro Bailén is a prestigious Spanish extra virgin olive oil producer based in Villanueva de Andújar, Jaén, Andalusia. Founded by the Gálvez-González family, the company is known for its commitment to quality, tradition, and innovation in olive oil production.

Their oils are made from carefully selected olives, harvested early in the season to ensure maximum freshness and complexity of flavour. The company primarily produces oils from the Picual and Arbequina olive varieties, with the Picual being particularly renowned for its intense fruitiness, balanced bitterness, and spiciness. The Arbequina variety, on the other hand, offers a smoother and more delicate profile.

Oro Bailén has won numerous prestigious awards worldwide, including Gold Medals at the NYIOOC (New York International Olive Oil Competition) and Olive Japan, solidifying its reputation as a leader in the industry. The company prioritizes sustainability, using innovative techniques that enhance production without harming the environment."
