As the name 'Family Reserve' suggests, this EVOO is traditionally the best of the harvest which is held back for the owner's own supply.

A medium intensity, premium extra virgin olive oil with fruity notes of green olives and hints of green almond, walnut, apple, peach and quince.

Deep green colour with golden tones which speaks of the early harvest, when the olives are harvested green and hard, rich is nutrients and anti-oxidants.

Use to elevate almosyt every dish; add to dressings… use to sautée and grill vegetables, drizzle over fish dishes, dip in fresh artisan bread. Try over seasoned new potatoes or dishes of steamed vegetables.
