Ross Vintiner in Martinborough carefully crafts this internationally-awarded, super premium EVOO from his grove of 1100 trees, resulting in a satisfyingly high polyphenol count of 384 mg/kg. At the grove, Dali is Certified Organic and biodynamically cultivated too (BioGro).*
Dali Picual is a robust, peppery, intense extra virgin olive oil for flavour-forward dishes: think roasts, stews, crispy potatoes, risottos, pastas, paellas and fish dishes.

* Dali is a fully certified organic grower. However because they press offsite at a non-organic mill, technically their products must be described as "organically grown" under the Organic Production Act 2023.
