One for the extra virgin olive oil connoisseur: a very special edition arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Castello De Canena in Andalucia, Spain for the House of Medinaceli.

What makes the olive oil itself special is that the best fruits are selected for this limited edition, the finest arbequina olives collected at different times of the harvest then combined to create this EVOO for the Medinaceli family.

Presented in a beautiful iridescent green bottle featuring the emblem of Casa Medinaceli, and decorative heraldic design motifs based on a 14th century manuscript from the time of the 1st Count of Medinaceli, Bernal de Foix, who was granted the title by King John II of Castile in 1368.

Ripe apple green and floral notes, complex and delicate.

Aromas of sweet mixed fruit, green almendra (almonds)

Excellent for cooking or dressing fish; for all vinaigrettes and mayonnaises.
Very suitable to replace butter in the preparation of cakes, creams. Also pairs very well with fresh cheeses, seafood and fruits.
