Profile: A superstar of our range (and that bar is pretty high!), LIÁ is a world-leading EVOO from Filiatra, in the Peloponnese, western Greece.

Producer Cristina Stribacu uses a blend of traditional and modern methods to create LIÁ, with the olives hand-picked then pressed on the same day to retain all nutritional values and flavours - with a high polyphenol count. The signature LIÁ bottle is both beautiful and practical (keeping the EVOO dark).

Sensory Analysis:
Taste: Medium fruitiness with hints of green almonds, avocado and pepper.
Aroma: Rich and sweet with notes of crushed basil and ripe avocado.
