Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Córdoba, Spain
Profile: A green fruity oil of mild to medium intensity with aromas of apple, banana and freshly cut grass. On the palate it is sweet with notes of almond, aromatic herbs and green wheat. Finished with a pleasant spiciness. Complex and well balanced.
Made from dry-farmed Picuda variety olive groves. Harvested in the second fortnight of October by hand and by shaking.

From the producers: Morellana is the leading brand of Sucesores de Hermanos López. Their traditional mountain olive grove are set on the high slopes at an altitude of 700 to 1000 meters above sea level. Extraction is carried out no later than 4 hours after harvesting by means of a continuous two-phase centrifugation system.
