Muraglia 'The Rainbow' Extra Virgin Olive Oil is from Apulia (Puglia), made from 100% Coratina olives.

Prresented in the beautiful handmade, handpainted ceramic bottle. The bottles are crafted by artisans in Apulia, who shape the clay, kiln-fire and then paint the jars entirely by hand. Each one is unique.

The Coratina variety of olive contains three times more antioxidant polyphenols than any other Italian olive variety, giving this oil its intense flavour, with spicy notes and hints of bitterness.

Aroma:
 Intensely fruity and robust with rich notes of artichoke and fennel.

Taste:
Green vegetable notes, strong, rich, balanced. A punchy peppery finish.

Uses:
Dipped in fresh bread, drizzled over soups, grilled fish, meat and vegetables. Try sloshed over new potatoes with seasoning.
