With a very high polyphenol level of 545 and a low acidity (0.13%), this organic picual is a super healthy addition to your pantry. Typically produced in October during the first 2 weeks of harvest, and cold-extracted within 2 hours and filtered to preserve its taste and quality throughout its shelf life.
Presented in a dreamy white bottle that also looks beautiful gracing any dining table.

Tasting notes: Mild to Medium fruitiness. Elegant and complex with fruity aromas and a spicy finish. Fresh and characterful. A big mouthful of flavour, with a long grassy, peppery aftertaste. Its nutty notes transform into the perfect degree of bitterness.
Food pairings: Try as a garnish over every dish to lift flavours - and of course over salads and in dressings. Pairs well with roasted/grilled meats and vegetables, seafood, soups, pizzas and cheeses. Ideal as a dip and for marinades.
